The Paradise Village shopping mall has an ATM, some touristy gift shops, beach clothing stores, chain restaurants, and a small grocery store. Prices in the grocery stores were quite reasonable considering the captive audience of tourists (ex. 5 pesos for a bottle of water). The store also sells beach toys and supplies, pharmaceuticals, and alcohol. more

The Sunset Market is a typical US style grocery store and full service pharmacy that serves condos and resort guests in Neuvo Vallarta. It opens at 8 am. You can find almost anything you need here.
