The ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain is well worth it for the mountain, Bow Valley and townsite views you will have. Go on a clear day - or at least with high cloud cover. Dress warmly. We went late on a holiday afternoon and had no wait. More

Despite the price for journey up sulphur mountain in a cable car the views at the top are stunning. Make sure you go on a clear day and take a coat with you as it can get chilly on the top of the mountain in a short space of time More

We decided to do the Alpine Lights dinner and gondola ride on our first night into Banff. It was a perfect way to start our vacation. The views are stunning, and the food was pretty darn good. For the price, I don't think we could get a better deal. More

Relax and just enjoy the ride. We went before any dining was open, it would have been fun to go in the summer and eat at the top. Its also very cold up there in May. More

This was by far the best part of our trip. The views form the top are spectacular. Don't for get to go to the very top for the observation deck. The short hike to the weather station was amazing. Wear comfortable shoes and also layer your clothes as it is more colder when you reach the top. More
