We decided to attend Heritage park yesterday. In short I was very impressed. Their employees are dressed in period clothing and each have a character, pertinent to the surroundings. Employees perform many 'traditional' tasks which you can watch and perhaps attempt yourselves. An excellent venue for all. more

Heritage Park is a rather expensive attraction, but if you have coupons can be worth it. We went to Heritage Park in the winter during the Christmas weekends that they have. We picked up a brochure from the tourist information in town to get in for half price on an already considerably reduced price so it was very cheap. Nice place to visit with the kids and for seniors. But just a word of caution have noticed this year the operations of the facility have suffered. Visited the Heritage Park on Sunday, May 20, 2007. Believe admission was around $13. Need at least 3 hrs to completely visit the whole place.
