Check-in was fast and easy however, once in our room we found that our towles and sheets were dirty. The carpet had burn marks and stains and we even found that the extra sheets in the drawer were dirty. Even our glasses/cups were dirty. I booked this for my boyfriends birthday. I was wowed from start to finish. We stayed in the luxery polinisian room. The room was amazing. Clean and well set up.
