This place is really amazing. You will experience foliage and climate from all over. The rainforest and the desert were the coolest. Hot and very humid to hot and very dry...The fragrances, colors, textures, butterflies, birds....it's a wonderful excursion. More

It was so nice to go here and see the colorful gardens and displays in the dead of a very gray winter. Can easily be toured in an hour. Nice variety of plants and well maintained grounds. More

The pyramids are beautifully maintained and really interesting. It's particularly stunning in winter (and it's nice and warm, which is always a good thing). The small cafe is very good also, well worth a visit. A cheap day out. Only problem was that it was a little difficult to get to by public transport. More

I was visiting Edmonton in March, and wanted to see what the Muttart had to offer. WOW! The 4 adjoined conservatories are pyramid-shaped glass greenhouses, each one housing a different climate system. There was a rain-forest environment that had orchids, topical plants and lush greenery. Another pyramid had a desert-scape, and yet another had a feel of a woodsy forest.... More

The Muttart Conservatory is one of the City's little gems. Although it is not very large, the pavillions provide four different climate zones which can provide a nice little escape from the weather outside. Great for photography buffs taking close-up photos of plant life. The Cafe is a pleasant way to finish off your visit. The grounds are beautiful and... More

When you had enough of the white and cold, visit the 4 pyramids that each have a separate conservatory. The arrangements change from time to time and they are very creative. More
