Part of the sights to visit when you drive around Stanley Park, don't be in a rush, take your time and discover many gems around Stanley Park. The Totem Pole is part of the gems with lovely photo opportunity, not to mention the stupendous downtown view with Pan Pacific hotel and getting to see float plane on the water. More

Totem poles may not be your thing, but on a visit to Vancouver it is well worth the stop to experience some of the cultural aspects. More

Visited Stanley Park whilst in Vancouver in November and whilst driving through, we had to stop and see the Totem Poles. I guess they are probably reproductions and aimed at the tourists but for us tourists, at least it gives us a reminder of the cultural heritage of First Nations people in Canada.
