The Woo hooked us up with the Pink Bus tour in Vancouver, BC. This tour was great, we were able to see the best parts of Vancouver. You are able to hop on and off at any of the stops, unlimited times a day. The stops are in convenient spots around town. The tour guide/bus driver was very knowledgeable and... More

My aunt and her friend from Denmark came to visit our wonderful city, and they took the Big Pink bus one day. A pick up spot at Canada Place is convinient from taking the West Coast Express into the city. They took all three different bus routes, and had 5 different drivers (throughout the day). Each one was more informative... More

I haven't used this service as I'm a resident of Vancouver. My experience with Big Pink Sighteseeing was when I was crossing at a cross-walk on as one of the Iconic Pink Double-deckers cut me off. I understand his mistake, as it's probably hard for the driver to see being so high up. My mistake was to shake my head... More

Dear jonnoj00 Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. This behaviour is NEVER acceptable and does NOT reflect the type of company we are nor the type of experience most people have with Pink Bus in Vancouver. Even though it may difficult at times driving the busy streets of Vancouver, we do insist our drivers remain calm... More

My family and I were in Vancouver in July 2011 for a few days, we have been in other city's and really enjoy the hop on hop off busses for sightseeing. The two tour guides we had were both delightful, Amanda and Jenny each had their own styles and points of view on the sights as we passed by them,... More

After weighing out the different companies who offer hop on-hop off service in the city we chose this company because of the free ferry ride. The kids really enjoyed it. Also they support a cancer cause. There was heavy traffic that day but the staff were keen on keeping aware of the delays. Guides were helpful and witty. Would reccommend... More

I was in Vancouver for a Sci-Fi book conference and being my first time visiting I thought a city tour was appropriate. After a very adventurous day of hop on hop off I reliezed I had left my camera in the bus. The very next morning I went back and it was waiting for me there. I was very pleased!... More

I took this tour two weeks ago and had a wonderful time! We went through the downtown area of Vancouver, as well as beautiful Stanley Park and I learned something new every time I hopped back on with a new guide! Everyone was young, fun, and knowledgeable about the city, and they support the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. I would... More

I have never been more disappointed in any tour that I have ever taken. After a wonderful Alaskan cruise, we had 24 hours to see Vancouver. Big Pink was prominently placed at the Canada Place docks, so we booked for two. What a mistake. $38 per person for all day on and off. Stay off. The "tour guides" used very... More
