Guarded by the Gates of Harmonious Interest, Victoria's Chinatown is one block full of great sights to explore. Look for Fan Tan Alley and it's tucked-away shops and try to imagine it's history of opium dens and brothels. Definately poke around in Fan Tan Gallery for beautiful textiles and gifts and stop at Panacea for a delicious bubbletea. more

I was glad we went, but it is so small you could easily pass right by it. Knowing a little about the historical background will make it more interesting. more
