It sounded so much like a place to take the kids to amuse them on a rainy day. We ignored it until our last day in Victoria and then went when it was nearly closing time so we ended up feeling rushed through it. This is one of those tourist attractions that look like a real boring ripoff. They have signs and brochures everywhere. My kids got sucked into the place by all the ads, so in we went. I loved it. I think out of the whole Victoria trip, my boyfriend and I enjoyed this little world the most! We took fantastic pictures and a world thats so mini was really great fun to look at. Love it love it love it. We spent more time in there than most. We took in as much as we could by looking at alot of the overlooked detail. The work is amazing!!! A must see attraction. Do not leave Victoria without stopping here. All ages will enjoy this. more
We took our 6 and 2 year olds. It was fun for the whole family. I can honestly say both adults enjoyed the tour just as much as the children. A huge collection of miniatures and a lot of great history trivia. The "circus" diorama was our favorite. A really great choice for the kids on a rainy day but... more
During past visits I've always avoided this place and figured it was just another tourist trap. Actually it is...but I was pleasantly surprised with the detail and number of exhibits. Miniature World is nicely put together and worth a visit...at least once more
