Although it is suggested to make a reservation, our family didn't. We had no problem except having to wait for a scheduled tour which ended up being a 45 minute wait. We visited the Royal Canadian Mint in June 2005. It was an awesome way to begin the weekend. The cost was minimal and the tour guides were very informative. Great for all ages. more
We arrived at the mint at 10 am and found that the next tour was at 11:30 am. We signed in for that tour. There are displays to look at and a gift shop to visit. The tour started with a short (3 minute or so) video. Our guide was very informative and was able to competently answer our questions.... more
The best thing about this attraction is the waterfall. I will come back to the Grand Canyon any time the grass is so so green. more
