The hallways and upstairs galleries continually change contents and childrens exhibits and are reflections of the culture and heritage of NB citizens, who are invited to present... More

A visit to Government House takes you on a tour of the past. The grandeur of past with is outstanding architecture, antiques and art. There is usually a display from a non-profit organization on the second floor as the Lieutenant Governor hosts events to bring the volunteer work or creativeness to the forefront of visitors. More

We just showed up at Government House because the tourism guide said tours were available. It was just the two of us and the Security Guard called up and asked Sarah if she could do a tour. Despite the fact that they are hosting some very important meetings in the next couple of days, she gave us a personalized tour.... More

The old Government House is a must see. So much history. Spend some time there - Skip the elevator and take the winding sraircase. Go sit in the chambers. When we (the colonies -U.S.) were at war for independence many went North - and made their homes here. More
