the view of city and ocean is great,
trail going down around signal hill is breathtaking, trail starts on top of signal hill and ends in small village next to narrows ( short walking distance to downtown)

This is a great building with lots of history and a great view.

The history of the joint is pretty well - and I found the people watching terrific. I think I actually paid to go inside - but was told that on some days it is free. The real view is outside...but you can take in some local history for sure.
