Known more for its live entertainment, the Empire also features carefully-chosen films which are shown at 7:30 on evenings between other features. We went to see "The Way" with Martin Sheen and found the theatre comfortable, inviting - with a good snack bar, friendly staff - and great sound that is clear without being ear-shattering! I have seen MANY concerts at the empire and love the small hometown feel of the place. Comfy seats and good sightlines. Ticket prices are generally cheaper than other venues. A great place to take teens for their first few concerts. More

We saw "Young Adult" along with a sparse audience. I can't figure out why this charming theatre isn't packed. This place is cheaper then the big theatres, but has the same quality sound and 3d theatre. The prices are not inflated and it still has a cheap tuesday. Not many movies to chosse from but they usually have the top selling three, always somthing for kids playing. More
