I did the Customs House ghost walk in Sept 2009. I was a fun, educational, and entertaining experience. I would recommend it. More

Wonderful bang for your buck!!! The guides ( in full costume) are excellent and knowledgable about the history in each walk. I have gone on many walks with them and have never been dissapointed. More

The tour guides were neat, dressed in cloaks with lanterns. They were well informed and knew their history. Only downfall was that it was too short... But very scary, not for the faint of heart! More

Interesting walk around downtown Hamilton. Unfortunately, pretty much the only way to learn something about Hamilton's history. Highly recommended. More

We have done a couple of ghost tours with this company.. its a great way to see other areas of Hamilton!! I always find them entertaining! its great to go in a group too!! I havent seen a ghost yet .. but I did get some scary moments!! More

I have been on multiple ghost walks with Haunted Hamilton. They do an amazing job of digging up interesting stories and telling the history behind things. Having been on ghost walks done in other parts of North America, I'd have to say that theirs are the best. Hermitage and the Custom House are the ones I enjoyed the most. More

I've been on a few of this groups ghost walks and tours, and I have found them to be oversold and crowded. I counted 60 people waiting outside the Custom House for an evening ghost hunt. The tours are too theatrical, and lack current information. Not worth the money. More
