Great place for a day hike or paddle. I've also canoe camped here, which was good, although it is a small park so there aren't too many multi-day routes if you want to be challenged.

Tucked away North of Sydenham it might be the most secluded of all the "operating" Ontario Provincial Parks. Designed for hikers, there are no campgrounds just hike in campsites and many long trails to enjoy and feel the peace of nature with out highway traffic nearby.
I hike there often and love the Bufflehead trail you can go for hours...

Our place for Traditional Thanks-Giving hike....offers Canadian shield vistas. Multiple trails varying in length and challenge. Lots of small lakes to paddle and portage, if your preference is to use canoes as a land vehicle....but seriously, the hiking is excellent.
