Port Credit has been transformed from a sleepy little town to a magnificent Village on Lake Ontario over the last ten years. There seems to be no stopping this community. There are waterfront restaraunts, trails fro walking and biking, parks for the kids to play and the weather is more moderate than anywhere else in Mississauga. The downside is that... More

Lovely area to walk the pier to Lake Ontario. Snug Harbour is the place to be and do enjoy a meal @ Snug Harbour Bar & Grill and feel the patio love! Staff is wonderful... food is awesome! Make sure to order the Key Lime Pie - yummy! More

Lived in Central Port Credit for just over a year and I must say the neighborhood is an eclectic mix of the artsy cafe and the high end restaurant. The location on the waterfront is fantastic in the summer and makes for a good walk or bike on the long beautiful pathways. Great but expensive place to live and a... More

I lived in Port Credit in 2002. In July 2011 I went Kayaking in Port Credit on the river. It's in the city, but barely feels like it when you are on the river. The Port Credit restaurants are fabulous and I like the atmosphere. It feels like a small town on the water. The park by the library is... More

Is a nice lakefront community in Mississauga. There are a lot of little restaurants and be careful because many of them pack a large price tag. There are good little festivals in the main park along the Credit River and a nice lakefront walking trail. It is like a "main street in a small town" atmosphere and the marina is... More

Very much the small town ambience that you might come across in a small European town. Stroll along Lakeshore Road, drop in to some of the shops, grab a bite to eat, have a beverage on the Roof Top Patio and then wander down to the Port Credit Waterfront Trail that stretches for miles or visit Memorial Park along the...
