Stafff were friendly, made you feel important and did not push products on you to use. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing and treatments were great. Would recommend he experience to anyone travelling to niagara on the lake.

If you are looking for classy and comfortable, the Pillar and Post is the best place to stay in Niagara on the Lake. The 100 Fountain Spa is the ultimate in pampering. The facilities are beautiful and the services are first-class.

totally recommend some of the treatments if you decide to stay at the Pillar and Post for a couple of days. these treatments totally compliment your relaxing stay and make you feel like a million

I've been here twice for weekends alone. Very relaxing. Can be pricey for spa servces, but the atmosphere is fantastic.

The hot springs are amazing!! I liked the bathrobe to walk from the room to the hot springs. I enjoyed the outdoors, while soaking in the relaxing hot water, in a tropical like plant setting.
