We dropped by Inniskillin Winery in September to taste ice wines, but didn’t take any tours. We thought we were saving the best winery for last- this place is supposed to be the best and original ice winery. The people were not very friendly, the tasting was quite pricy, and the ice wine wasn't very good. The atmosphere was cold, no pun intended. more
We went on the Inniskillin Wine tour in late August 2008 and had a super time. Our tour guide (Mary Ellen) was excellent and made us all fell comfortable. The tour was very informative and the tasting at the end was really fun. If you go ask for Mary Ellen!!! more
Contrary to what the previous person posted, Inniskillin Wines provides a great tour and tasting in Niagara on the Lake in a beautiful setting. This was the first winery we visited in this area, and after having been to probably 200 wineries in over 10 states (and 3 countries), this was the first time I've ever had to PAY to taste the wine! I have visited Inniskillin on four occassions. We enjoyed the vineyard and winery tours and the tastings. We have purchased wine and every visit and enjoyed it at our Florida home. The Ice Wine is a special treat. more
