In February, Ottawa and Gatineau are transformed as Winterlude takes place. One of my favourite places to go during Winterlude is Jacques-Cartier Park. There are giant ice-slides built out of snow, a tube sledding hill, snow and ice sculptures, ice-fishing, and more! The slides are so much fun to go on, especially for children.
