what a great place this is. i ve seen many a bot garden elsewhere but montreal has a great garden..the insectarium is also so interesting now that it is fashionable to eat bugs..the flowers probably are edible too.. but then again, when i m hungry or angry, my judgement is impaired.
A well established and well laid out garden. The Chinese garden is beautiful. You can easily combine this with the biodome and the tower in a day trip.

A wonderful extensive site. Something for everyone and incorporates the insect museum so good for all weathers. We visited in the spring, all the blossom starting and lucky enough to see a fox and her cub but I have also visited in October and seen halloween pumpkins and a chinese lantern festival. Well worth a visit and combine it with...

The territory is big and there are different gardens inside. We liked Chinese, Japanese and Alpine gardens. There are a lot of places you can just sit on a bench and read a book enjoying the view.

The exhibits were very well done and labeled so you could enjoy learning about new things. The entrace to the building is lined with thousands upon...

it is mind blowing to stand in that greenhouse with so many butterflies flying around you.
