We visited Roc Climbing Center in August of 2004. It was a little hard to find. We ended up asking a local for directions (turned out we were right next to it, but the building is not well marked).

This HUGE indoor climbing center is located just 10-15 minutes from Montreal's downtown area. Great top rope routes as well as several large bouldering areas. Freindly atmosphere and a wide range of skill levels from begginners to very skilled climbers that train here during the winter months. Staff and members are always eager to provide tips and recommend more challenging...
