Appealing outside facade. Interior and exterior full of interesting and well presented transportation artifacts. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff. More

We made the short walk from the airport up to the museum and were disappointed to learn that you need an appointment to enter from Oct. to April. It looked very interesting and we enjoyed seeing the outside displays. We'll know better next time! More

Great artifacts, well displayed and for the airplane history buff a must. The curator is knowledgable and friendly and willing to regale you with stories of the bygone airplane transportation in the Yukon More

Outside exhibits included earth moving equipment, DC3 aeroplane, shunting train locomotive, and the birth of containerisation for the Skagway - Whites Pass narrow gauge line which was later extended to Whitehorse. Also there is an old stern wheeler plus all the exhibits under cover which requires a fee to see. Its location at the Whitehorse Airport means one needs to... More

The Yukon Transportation Museum has an exhibition for the next two months being held at the Arts Underground on Main Street. It has interactive iPads and iPods with maps, videos, documentation and audio commentary. Well worth checking our for persons interested in history and transportation. More

Great set up, and nice displays. We loved all the old vehicles, and planes. Best deal is a combined ticket witht eh beringia museum, I think It was $9 for both places More
