While vacationing near Puerto Vallarta, we spent about 4 hours at the Botanical Garden and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is rather off the beaten path but we thought it was worth the trip - you can get there by public bus but since there were 4 of us (and to save time), we took a cab and shared the cost....
