Went on what was a pretty miserable grey and drizzly day but had a fantastic time. Went with my step-dad and godfather and other family members. There was no pressure to do things you didn't want, although everyone did everything and it was great fun. There was some climbing, caving and swimming and all in all had a great time.... More

went out Coasteering with the Cornish Rock guys in Polzeath. Had a great time and felt relatively safe during the trip. One of the climbs/jumps was around 40 foot high. Soo much fun. Was my 2nd time coasteering and can't wait to go again. enjoy, but not for the faint of heart.

Recently did sea kayaking after seeing a flyer in a Polzeath cafe and had an amazing time! Instructor (Ben) was excellent - skilled, laid back, enthusiastic and incredibly knowledgable - and took us on an enjoyable jaunt along the coast, looking at pretty harbours, around some coves, and to an otherwise inaccessible beach. We really enjoyed it and would highly... More

We organized coasteering as a company Team Build event - in the team we had mixed ages and fitness levels. Some of the guys were not great swimmers and some afraid of heights. We turned up and were met by the Cornish Rock Tours team who immediately put us at our ease and fitted us out in all the gear... More

I went coasteering with Cornish Rock Tors this morning and really enjoyed itI I definitely want to do it again! The caves were magical and I really enjoyed looking in the pools. The instructors, Ben and Ali were brilliant. The jumps were terrifying but the pride you feel once you've done them makes you feel amazing! Phoebe (age 11)

I was down in Cornwall and wanted to try Coastering, I found Cornish Rock Tours as they were based around 10 miles from where we were staying. The three hour Coastering trip was nothing but brilliant. The two instructors (John and Matt) were excellent and made sure that we all had a great time - including a 65 year old... More

We had a wonderful boat trip along the beautiful coastline from Rock to St Quinn. Matthew the skipper was an excellent guide, he was very knowledgeable and handled the boat well. The highlight of the trip was having a large group of dolphins swim and jump along side the boat, a memorable experience and we recommend the trip for any... More
