went out Coasteering with the Cornish Rock guys in Polzeath. Had a great time and felt relatively safe during the trip. One of the climbs/jumps was around 40 foot high. Soo much fun. Was my 2nd time coasteering and can't wait to go again. enjoy, but not for the faint of heart.

Absolutely fantastic Two of the group did the intermediate coasteering they loved it, brilliant instructors including one that looked very fit. I went coasteering with Cornish Rock Tors this morning and really enjoyed itI I definitely want to do it again! The caves were magical and I really enjoyed looking in the pools.
