I went to Sheans Horse Farm with my friends to celebrate my 25th birthday and we all had so much fun. Danny (the owner) was brilliant - my friends have little experience (if any) on horses and he helped to build up their confidence and put them at ease. We were given horses to suit our ability and if we... More

We had taken a trip to some of the main attractions (I thought), Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and so on. But all in our party declared the highlight of our visit was the Pony Trekking. The Staff were great, chatty, helpful and fun. We had a range of skills and ages including a 6yr old and were well catered... More

You can imagine that a family of 4, none of whom have ever sat on horse before were seriously mulling over whether booking this had been a good idea as we approached the farm. Nervous excitement does not begin to describe it. We needn't have worried. Despite turning up 15 minutes late (much as I'd like to blame the wife's... More

A beautiful farm with beautiful horses! We were first greeted by a friendly chocolate lab who follow us on the trail the whole time :) The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were 2 other riders with me and my husband, but the trainer gave us all good attention and made sure we were all OK and keeping up... More

Me and my husband did the horse trek on 23rd August and it was fantastic. I have been to various horse riding treks and this is the best. The staff here are so nice, thank you to Danny and his family for being so professional yet friendly at the same time. If you want brilliant value for money, beautiful horses,... More

This family run establishment is a great place to spend an hour or more of your time. The staff are great and the animals are well looked after. We went on an hours trek and found that each individual was matched with an excellent choice of mount. Those who needed that little extra help were given it and it appeared... More

My husband and I went to Sheans Horse Farm for a 30 minute trek and would highly recommend it for either experienced riders or beginners. The owner was courteous and friendly and put us at ease before we began our trek. We then walked down laneways and over rivers and brooks with our horse taking in the lovely countryside. We... More
