We stayed in Cape Town for 3 days and visited the waterfront each day. Great for shopping, beautiful setting and some really good restaurants. Don't miss it!

if you want to experience the retail and tourist side of Cape Town, there is no better place to stretch your C card than the V&A. You can shop and eat to your hearts content...all with a view!

My wife loved this location for the markets and the Resturants. However if you have to choose about spending a day here or the wineries! then Choose the Wineries.

You want to shop, go on a sunset cruise, enjoy a quiet dinner, enjoy drinks with live music... its all here!

Quite touristy but worth a quick visit. Many tour companies trying to sell you their experience. Many restaurants and shops. We did not eat at the waterfront.

The W&A is a big shopping center right in the harbor of Cape Town, many shops and restaurants. Perfect for a rainy day or a lazy morning, I will not waist a sunset here!

There is something very calming about the waterfront that i can't understand. It doesn't look different than any other harbour with a shopping center but there is something very relaxing about the place that you end up wanting to go there everyday.
