If you are visiting Auckland my recommendation for a half day event is to take the 'Devonport Ferry' from Auckland Waterfront terminal across to Devonport. Buy a return ticket [its cheap] and enjoy the ferry ride. In good weather sit outside up the front and enjoy the views of Auckland wharf on one side and Devonport naval base on the...
