This is a stunning walk along the river and through the gorge. I can't believe I drove past Hope so many times and never stopped! A great place to break the drive and have lunch - takes about 45mins-1hour to enjoy the walk. Spectacular scenery and such impressive engineering! More

If you happen to be in the Hope area stop by. It's a nice easy trail through the old railway tunnels along the river. A flashlight isn't necessary unless you're going at sunset or before sunrise. Hiking shoes also are not necessary. Parking and walking the trail are free. More
