Ganaoque Boat Line is well worth the cost of the ticket. Informative narration as you view the island homes. Some are stunners, some very ordinary. Boldt Castle is unbelievable, and the back story is very sad......There are over a 1000 islands and no other way to see them but by boat ride. More

We took the 2.5 hr tour which includes a circumnavigation of Heart Island (the Boldt Castle), but no disembarkation on the island. The boat was maybe two thirds full with lots of tourists (we heard continental French, Italian, German, Dutch and Spanish being spoken).
