We did the afternoon run and the captain kept us out at least 30 minutes longer to ensure we were able to see as many whales as possible. Mission accomplished....we saw right, finback and minke whales as well as porpoises, seals and puffins. My family of 5 had a great time on a recent whale watch with Quoddy Link Marine. The on-board staff answered all kinds of questions, pointed out numerous bald eagles, took us to an area where dozens of harbor seals and grey seals, with several 3-month-old pups, were sunning themselves on the rocks. Out of all of my experience with whale watching tours, in my opinion Quoddy Link Marine Ltd. has been the most well-put-together operation. I've been on tours several time over the last 5 years and I always walk away satisfied. Their vessels have been purpose-built for whale watching. Our group - which included my senior citizen Dad and my 4-year old daughter - really enjoyed the whale-watching experience with Quoddy Link. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The boat was spacious, stable and in very good condition. We saw a lot of whales, dolphins, seals, eagles, etc. Well worth the money. more
