While the hike itself isn't spectacular, the end result is. Moose, moose and more moose. If you want to view moose, then this is the hike for you. It's an out and back hike, roughly 5.5 miles RT, and little elevation gain or loss, so easy on the joints. And the moose (did I mention the moose?) - make this... more

2 hours of cruising on the lake which crosses the border between Canada and the US. If you take your passport, the US border patrol agents will stamp it at Goat Haunt. We loved it! We saw one bear on the shore, but no other wildlife. more
