If static, non-flying choppers are your bag, then crack on. Very niche. . Useful to chart the history of helicopters, but you won't see much change during multiple visits during your free returns for a year. Falklands Exhibition is quaint, though marred by amateurish depiction of British Army Soldiers - mannequins dressed in Combat Soldier 95 with PLCE and S10... More

Upon arriving in the large on site car park we were disappointed by the look of the place with its single storey portakabins but decided to proceed.... More

We stopped off to break up a journey from the North West to Cornwall. There was plenty of parking and a reasonable fee to get in. We got a voucher off the website that got us some money off entry. The lady who sold us our tickets was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. There were lots of helicopters... More

A must for anyone remotely interested in aviation, with a great display of rotary powered craft. My grandson loves it, and there is a good play area outside where children can experience the thrill of handling the controls of the real thing, albeit converted to a static display with all the accompanying noise. An ideal drop off point if the... More

I dropped in here because they were having a mini-Heli-Day since the normal annual one on WSM seafront had been cancelled, but the Czech contingent had still wanted to come, so a much smaller event was put on for them. The museum is starting to get a bit crowded as they keep obtaining exhibits and have what appears to be... More
