Surely a major international ranking arts centre. its a good place to go for the good cafe and bookshop but mostly for the regular exhibitions, performances, including dance, films, music and lots more. Accessible, friendly and always welcoming. Every city or regional centre should have one of these. I hope the government spending cuts will not clip its wings too... More
