Clean, tidy, and a nice place to relax and enjoy the country. Not recommended for young children, as there are lots of un-guarded banks, leading into large, deep rivers.

The winter garden walk is one of our favourites - especially on a crisp, sunny winter's day. When the Dahlias are in bloom, they are spectacular.

Very Interesting house with fascinating collection of clocks and artwork. The Library is one of the best I've seen in any Country house. The Gardens are enchanting especially the miniature tulips in the beechwood and the blue and white hyacinths. One of the finest NT properties I've visited.
