Lovely gardens on the banks of the Helford River. The paths can be quite steep but it's worth walking to the bottom to see the beach on the Helford estuary. The maze if entertaining and the cafe and facilities are also very good. Well worth a visit. More

I liked but did not love it. I liked Trelissick Gradens better. More

We visited with 2 young children. Didn't take a buggy as it would have been hard to get around. The grounds slope down to a little beach through beautiful gardens. In the centre is a maze which was quite tricky but good fun. More

We visited Glendurgan garden on a bank holiday Monday in May, and it was busy but not overcrowded. The fee includes the gardens but the house is private and not open to visitors. The entire 25 acre property is on a hill which slopes down to the waterfront, so expect to walk up and down hills on your visit. The... More

Very attentive staff. The gardens were a joy with a maze and wonderful azaleas and rhodies. Bluebells were in full flower, walkdown to Durgan village and have a Tresilly;s icecream - bliss! More

Garden didnt feel overly full of people due to the variety of paths, the walk down to the village was an unexpected surprise. The cafe was fantastic, used local produce and staff were very friendly. More

Even with lots of children about, this is a tranquil place. The gardens are well kept, we have been before, but in a different season, at this time of year the camelias, rhodadendrons and azaleas are magnificent, although some were already over this early, lots of spring flowers as well. Weather generally this weekend not so good, but we managed... More
