This gallery, opened in July 2007, has excellent, well displayed contemporary work including that of Terry Frost and Barbara Hepworth. Its restaurant is also very good with simple,fresh food delivered in a congenial atmosphere. Some interesting art work on display at this free to enter art gallery (suggested donation £2). The place mainly shows more contemporary art and also runs workshops that are good value. The cafe serves local produce, which looks good, although I have never tried any. More

I went to the Exchange Art Gallery after visiting Newlyn Art Gallery and Penlee House in Penzance. The gallery is a small building, so you probably won't spend a lot of time there.
