We used the cliff railway to walk on the beach and to the harbour. The gardens on the front are a delight,sitting on a seat eating Hanbury's fish & chips, what more could you ask for ? More

Great fish and chips, nice places, Sat and watched the storm roll in from the sea, Good views from the sea on the boat trip from Torquay... Dont get lost in Millionairs row, I didnt think they liked it! More

I liked visiting Babbacombe Downs and visited the Angel Tearooms. The Downs is well maintained. Enjoyed using the Cliff Railway and walking on Babbacombe and Oddicombe beaches. More

We went early May, enjoyed the walk up through the coastal path from Torquay but on a Sunday evening found most places closed, even the public houses, shame really but guess the season not fully started. But in a daytime great views and the beach and cliff railway well worth a visit. More

i got a 32 bus from torquay harbour and got off at babbacombe what a lovely little town i spent 4 hours walking around sight seeing and stopped off at a few bars some of the bars and restraurants overlook the bay witch is very high up but you can walk down its well worth a visit More

Excellent with small children as plenty to run around and excite them. Small dolls and amazing garden display makes it look so real More

Picturesque, quiet, but caters for tourists and locals alike, with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants, intermingled with hotels and guest houses, above the beach below. The cable-car is now open for access to Babbacombe Beach. More
