Im sorry to say this was the worst way to spend £25 (2 adults + 2 small children) it really was terrible! They say allow 2 hours for your visit? We walked round in 40mins and that included stopping to watch the dragon breathing fire twice! The path and steps going down are very steep and almost impossible with a... More

It is clear this reviewer didn't enjoy their visit to the Model Village. All we can say is we do what it says on the tin - we are a Model Village. We do have a very high satisfaction rating - our on-site survey currently rates us with a 98% good to high satisfaction for overall experience and 93% for... More

I sent my eldest daughter a photo from my phone saying "guess where we are" and she immediately recognised it from 20 years previously! The landscaping in the village is awesome and a credit to the groundsmen and groundswomen. Some of the models are looking a little bit dated but seeing the time it takes to make each model, it... We have a 14, 10 and 4 year old, and finding anywhere that all three enjoy is like pulling hens teeth. I can honestly say that I can't remember all 5 of us enjoying a day out as much, and i cant remember thinking a day out was such good value ... we deliberately ate in the canteen (slightly overpriced,... We enjoyed our trip around the village in nice weather, and whilst we can appreciate the cost of maintaining it, we did find this quite expensive. The sets were very good with humour and they give you a leaflet with things to spot, which adds to your visit. We paid extra for the Sherlock Holmes 4D experience and this was... More

It was a very good place, larger than I thought and had some funny scenes in some of the models. An enjoyable day out! More

for 2 adults we payed £8 each.. and its more for the 4d theatre which we didnt do. Its really fun and interesting, the models are brilliant, Only thing is you have to pay for parking aswell as admission and we walked around in an hour so it was a little pricey but worth it More
