The hotel is kept clean inside and the service is fast, efficient despite having a wedding on during our stay the hotel staff still maintained high service standards at all times.

all i can say is "absolutely ridiculous service"
i once stayed at this supposed to be 5 star hotel,more like a 3 star hotel.
it was run buy teenagers who are still in nappies, the service was slow,the tea was stoned cold,and the buffet looked like it had been in the fridge for weeks.
