Average 'venue' bar prices but stunned to be told that a bottle of water had to have its too removed 'in case you throw it!!! This was a concert by Elvis Costello where the audience age averaged over 50!!! Interestingly no search of bags was happening so bottles were in the hall anyway. We were seated on rickerty terrace seats... More

We've been to the B.I.C. quite a few times and the accoustics aren't the best for live gigs, the stands feel a bit ramshackle and the smokers out the front could do with an area but as long as it continues to get good acts we'll keep going. It's also handy to have parking on site and plenty nearby. The... More

This is a great centre for a Conference although I am told it is expensive. It has every facility with great sound and vision. The seating was not that comfortable especially if you have long legs - not much room between rows. Food and rest areas are good and plenty of smaller room for meetings etc. More

This is a great centre , and the service in the bar was very good even with the concert just about fully booked. So applause for the Bar Management.Prices a bit high on the bar but probably the norm today . More

Have been to Windsor Hall twice now, first time was for War of the Worlds with Jeff Wayne & Justin Hayward then more recently for The Osmonds last ever UK show. I learnt from the first visit to take my own drink as the bar prices really are extortionate as another reviewer has already said. So long as your drink... More

Bar prices extortionate, but concert very good. Windsor Hall is good for acoustics, but seating on flat floor is very cramped, we were in row G at front, so had a very good view of stage, but seats 55 & 56 were in the middle of a row & difficult to get in & out once everyone is seated. Good shows, but the Windsor Hall has the hardest seats ever with very limted legroom. Four of us went, all different ages/ sizes, all were in agony within an hour and couldn't wait to get out. We will never go there again. More

Visited the B I C to see Daniel O'Donnell show. Had reserved parking which was well sign posted and staffed by very helpful marshalls. A slight walk to the lift that took us to the entrance of the centre where we went to our pre show drink and nibbles bar. Good seating along with pleasent sea views. Disabled facilities throughout,including... More
