Over the past 3 years we have been to Athelhampton nearly 10 times! Admittedly to organise our wedding - but I can still give a very honest opinion!! :o) Simply put - this is the most wonderful place! You can tell from the word go that it is owned by people that care about it, and who want to share... more

From the moment we stepped through the door and smelt the fabulous lunches on offer we were made to feel at home. We started off with lunch, a nice, modern menu and thankfully not the usual 'something with chips' or wrinkled jacket potato. It was a lovely, dry, cold autumn day so the first hour was spent exploring the gardens.... more
