Quite a nice little place, and the best one out of the 5 we visited. This place had plenty of interactive things for the kids to do and was the only place with a toilet available. Nice shop after too, and worth a visit. More

Costing a massive £6.99 each adult this place was a total waste of money!! Our 2 yr old is dinosaur mad however this place was one big rip off! No bigger than the average 2 bed home, full of poor models and plastercasts. No lift meant having to carry our 15week old and steep stairs meant unsafe for 2yr old... More

I feel really let down that I paid £20 for what looks like a big class room! We paid for me and my husband and my 3 year old daughter. I felt like I was back at school. A real let down! there was no lift either so had to leave my buggy down stairs. More

Shocking.... Daylight robbery :( Overpriced is a understatement. My kids (who usually are easily pleased) were asking what else there was to see. Steer clear More

Yes...it was fairly bad. But, to be honest, not as bad as people on here have made out. However, owners of the museum, please take note: 1) at £7, it was far too expensive. There simply isn't enough there to make it worth that amount. We stayed an hour, but that was a strain to be honest. £4 max is... More

This was a joke. I can't believe we payed for this. A few plastic dinosaurs, some posters, not much more ! What a waste of money. They should pay us to go in there. (Although the lady at the desk was not as rude as all the other standoffish rude people in Dorchester !) More

Firstly guys advertising your place as one of the UKs top 10 establishments for young children HAS to be a case for trading standards, also putting up that someone had a fantastic hour and a half can't be true, it took my 3 year old longer to use the loo than it did to get round! :) :) it was... Someone's back room with a few plastic dinosaurs. An absolutely joke, the curator must be very proud of it. With that ability to make money with nothing to offer he should be in charge of the economy!! Do yourself a favour.......stay well clear. More

im surprised this has even made it into a top list of attractions!!! at the door I got conned into buying a pass into other museums each equally as rubbish!!! the dinosaur museum is a "house" that took us about 10 minutes max to get around and we spent more time in the overly priced, limited gift shop!!!!!!
