Not much remains of this abbey, but parts of walls and some arches. Looked like it would have been a very grand church.

Leiston Abbey is a charming place to have your wedding reception. There are loads of different places to have photos - the ruins are wonderful and adds an extra special touch to your day. The main room for the reception and evening party is a good size. However, the rooms are awful! So basic and freezing (attended in Sept). I...

Extensive ruins situated not far from Aldeburgh and Snape, just outside Leiston. Lovely location, really tranquil feel. Pro Corda, a music school, is based there along with Pro Corda Ventures which opens up the facilities for weddings, business events and private courses. Accommodation is varied but all with charm! I've even heard that it is haunted by several ghosts!
