We visited with 2 adults and 2 children and paid over £50 for entry. There were some interesting creatures to see and the actual building and design of the aquarium was stunning but overall it was not worth the money paid for entry as it took less than an hour before we had seen everything and the kids were ready... Revisited since the place has been hauled over. Took friends and family. Too be honest, my review is based on the fact we had a 50% discount voucher... but we all thought it was great. I couldn't imagine spending more than a couple of hours there though, and Im really glad we didn't pay the full price as that's way... More

I visited the sealife centre a while back, maybe a year or so ago, so I am not sure if its changed. I didnt really want to go, I thought one sea life centre is just another they're all the same, but I got dragged in by my friend. However, I really enjoyed it! What I liked best was the... More

After being shut for all of Winter and beginning of Spring for "refurbishment", we were outraged to see no change in there other than a new jellyfish attraction. The new glass bottom boat is a small raft which goes along being pulled on a rope and is very dangerous for small kids as there are no safety bars around the... More

It is not a place to visit once, but not the kind of place you feel drawn to go back to. Access was ok for children in a push chair which helped as the little one soon got fed up but thankfully slept! More

What on earth have they done to the place? We got in on a merlin pass and paid extra for the new glass bottom boat ride £3 extra per person. The lady next to me paid a whopping £340 for her party to get in, what must she have thought 20 mins later when her days amusement was all over.... More

Had an amazing experience of the Sea Life centre for my sisters hen weekend. We were shown around especially by the general manager of the sea life centre as it's currently closed for refurbishment. The glass bottom boat ride was spectacular, 100% worth the extra money on the door. We saw some phenomenal creatures including giant turtles, sharks, sea horses... More

Very old victorian building which has recently been done up. Great place for kids to see the sea life and next to the beach. More

I have been to the Sea Life Centre/Brighton Aquarium many time through the years and whilst there has been a lot of changes in that time in many ways it is better now than ever. The new Glass Bottomed Boat is fascinating and my daughter (2 1/2) was fascinated by the fish that were nibbling at her toes, the range... More
