I love the atmosphere of Brighton Pier and seeing everyone enjoying the good old-fashioned entertainment of the fairground rides, slot machines, the noise and laughter and the'must have' seaside rock, icecreams and candyfloss. A must-do in Brighton. More

Having got over the sudden change in the weather from torential rain and very strong wind to warm sunshine, another stroll here was a definite bonus. Difficult to critic the pier when it had the definate disadvantage of being wet and windy. However the indoor arcade amusements were attracting folk. I have done this sooo many times , by foot, bike, roller blades. I love the peter pan swings & cafe and the ovingdean gap cafe. I don't like the lack of clarity for bikes and walkers...bikes ought to have a marked out cycle lane as they use it more that walkers. More
