We went into the Tourist Office and bought a fairly cheap book (less than £1) which was excellent value and we followed the walks in that book. The Montpellier walk was easy to follow. The buildings are beautiful, and the parks very pleasant, especially if it's bright and sunny. More

We are very lucky to have the great range of local shops on our doorstep: galleries, clothing, jewellers, a brilliant cookshop, delis and a whole lot more...with more eateries than you can shake a stick at. Come and have a look! More

Cheltenham is a lovely place to visit at any time of the year,and the Montpellier district is not to be missed.It boasts a fine selection of eating experiances,Brasserie Blanc is always a delight,as well as Italian,Indian Chinese and many quirky places that are fun to choose when you get there.It is worth taking time to go into the Bank near... This is the lovely part of Cheltenham with nice, quirky shops and good restaurants and parks. Well worth a walk around and browse in the shops. More

Cheltenham is blessed with beautiful arcitecture, and the Montpellier part of the town is a great show case of this. In amongst the original regency buildings you will find quirky shops, bars and restaurants with a lot of outside seating which is great in the summer. It is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town, but well... More
