The manor is chock-a-block with Cotswold Arts and Crafts style furniture, made for the original owners by local +/- famous craftsmen. Rodmarton Manor is an extraordinary place to visit. Because it is a family house and still privately owned, it is a very different experience than (for example) a National Trust property. Visited Rodmarton Manor today, looked forward to the visit as part of a group, first impression House was a beautiful building in mellow cotswold stone, several of our group mainly ladies wanted to use the toilets, we were shown to a building near the stables,where a long queue formed (out in the rain !) only one men's and one ladies...
