Lots of original furniture and artefacts. Tea/coffee and cakes provided by church next door, and the church itself is interesting. Everyone very helpful.

Lovely to see a house in its original state . A very different experience well worth a visit.

Really interesting family home, untouched for years. The last owner was an old lady who ended up living in only 3 of the many rooms, shutting the rest of for at least 20 years.
No tea shop here so take a drink and plenty of places near car park to picnic.

Nothing has been renovated just conserved. Look out for the priests hole.

Since the 16th century the owners were too poor to update and modernise it in the latest fashion and so the old interior and furnishings are authentic. It is tucked away down a narrow lane, very romantic and surrounded by beautiful countryside.
