Well run Falconry centre with a large number of birds of prey. Run display sessions very regularly and send off huge eagles into the Cotwolds countryside. Good fun, lighthearted edutainment. Recommend a visit even if your a cynical, grumpy person like myself. more

If you're in the Cotswolds, don't miss the Falconry Centre. Check the web and make sure you'll be there for one of the demonstrations (probably not worth the price if you're not going to see the demonstration). I went to the Cotswold Falconry Centre on the evening of 8 March to attend an ‘owl evening’, with about 12 other participants. The event began with a walk around the aviaries to see all the different species of owls that live there. The owners of the centre then put on a display of some of the owls in flight.... more
