A group of us went we are all in out 30s and we had a blast, it ain't no Disney World but that's its charm its a throw back to your childhood it was the highlight to our week away. LOVED IT.

These cliff top gardens are themed with a wide range of fantasy attractions as well as heritage exhibitions and adventure play. Opened in 1843 Blackgang Chine is still owned and run by the family of the founder and now also run a sister park, Robin Hill, near Newport on the Isle of Wight.

what a lovely place to take the whole family from little children right through to the grandparents. Perfectly clean with lots of things to do for all ages. Very reasonable too...will definately be returning

We bought a joint ticket for blackgang chine and robin hill,we was very impressed.they both had things for all the family.We stayed there all day as there was alot to do and see,the children and me and my husband were worn out by the time we lefted me and my husband was like big kids.The views were fantastic.

We were due to leave the island, but decided to stay a little longer to visit Blackgang chine and Robin Hill - joint ticket £67 for a family of four and can return within 7 days.
I would say this park is for families with children up to age of 11/12yrs, but my boyfriend and I were with our teenage...

We visited this on our last day.. and we had a great time!
We got there early, but it was a quiet day on the park.
The rollercoaster wasn't working when we visited, which was a shame because there is only 2 rides, and this is one of them.
It's really hilly, and a lot of walking, but the views...

A nice family attraction, with lots of nooks and crannies to look around. A few things were closed due to bad weather and the roller coaster wasn't working due to ongoing maintainence. The water flumes were great fun.We spent around 3 hours at Blackgang chine and then travelled on to the needles.

I visited Blackgang Chine with my partner and 2 year old daughter and had an amazing day. My daughter especially loved the 'nursery ryhme land' and sang along to all the songs. The views whilst walking round the park were amazing too and we were lucky enough to have visited on a very sunny day. It was not too busy...

Its simple and definately not Alton Towers, but my grand children loved climbing on the dinosaurs and the train!
